Following their purchase of a dilapidated estate, we were engaged to work with Olympic dressage champions Anders Dhal and Fiona Bigwood and equestrian design specialists. From developing a detailed design, cut and fill analysis, LVIA positioning the building in its optimum location, we prepared a planning application for a large new stable and training facility, within a strategic gap between Horsham and a neighbouring conurbation
Marden, Kent Housing Development
Working with Countryside Properties Plc we have developed with the drainage engineers a SUD’S scheme which relies on swales and sacrificial landscape to ensure the housing scheme’s long term sustainability
